I was talking to one of my friends about lupus (which a non-mutual friend has) and how it's characterized by chronic ulcerative lesions that spread over the body. We deemed it the nicer version of leprosy (without the bacillus Mycobacterium leprae to blame, of course). Anyway, there's a point. One of our own used to write/draw a really funny comic strip called Strenua Inertia for the University of Arizona Daily Wildcat. It later turned into an online strip, but I digress. During the spring 2000 semester they decided that instead of the normal black and white strips, they were going to allow color for one day. This is what he came up with:
