Those of you who were around for the original ClanAM might remember we made some movies with our original clan members. We've also talked about doing a new one for FFXI. Well the time has come for us to make a new movie... read on for more...

Trip down memory lane

First of all, here are the older movies we did in the original ClanAM:

• "Our Work is Never Over" - Semi-promotional flick starring the original clan members.
• "Unreal Stoned" - The original movie we did when we were goofing off.

These movies are in MPEG4 DivX format, so you'll need a player that can play them (try The DivX Player or VLC.) If all you get is audio when you play them, then you are missing the DivX codec.

This new movie

I have already begun filming it (I started back at this event). I will be coming around visiting many of you as you level, quest, or what-not to film you doing things.



However, there is one small sequence where I want to have a large number of dead bodies in a Promyvion (basically, the song I'll be using gets rather intense there, and I thought it'd be cool :-) For this one sequence, I am scheduling an event!



What I need is as many people as possible (at least an alliance) of people to travel to Promyvion-Holla (which has a nice open area on level 1) with some low level job they don't care about (if you have a job less than 5, you wont lose any EXP upon death) and die on the first floor.



Once we have a large number of dead bodies on the first floor, I will record for maybe 2 or 3 minutes (getting lots of different angles). During this time, people should not HP or raise. I want dead bodies, people :-)



After this, everyone can just warp back to their HP and continue their day. I an planning that the event will take at least an hour (since we have to gather people together, teleport them from Jeuno, and get them killed in the open area).



Please note that we will not be doing an ENM or Promy run this night. Tamara has one planned for the following Monday (and Hilkiah has a weekend one planned sometime). This is just for the "artistic value" of having carnage in Promyvion.
